Delivery Policy

Landscape Supplies Limited trading as Wyatt Landscape Supplies

Wyatt Landscape Supplies provides delivery services for landscaping products throughout our service areas.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are determined by delivery location, product type, quantity and vehicle requirements. Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout or confirmed with the customer before the order is finalised.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery dates and times are subject to product availability, transport scheduling and confirmation. We endeavour to complete deliveries within the agreed timeframe.

Multiple Shipments or Deliveries

Orders containing multiple products may require separate deliveries due to product type, quantity, truck capacity or availability. Where multiple deliveries are necessary, we will advise the customer of the arrangements and any additional delivery charges for approval before proceeding.

Delivery Delays

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to adverse weather, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. If a delivery is delayed, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable and arrange a revised delivery date or time. Where we cannot fulfil an order within a reasonable timeframe, customers may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles and identifying an appropriate unloading location. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse entry or unloading where conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable. Additional delivery charges may apply where a delivery cannot be completed due to inadequate access or unsafe conditions, provided such charges are reasonable, disclosed and permitted by law.

Click & Collect

Customers selecting Click & Collect can collect their orders from their selected Wyatt Landscape Supplies branch once the order is confirmed as ready. Customers should wait for collection confirmation before arriving.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If an order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged upon delivery, customers should contact Wyatt Landscape Supplies promptly so the issue can be investigated and resolved. This policy does not limit any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
